Delivery times.

Delivery Times in modernHome Online Shop.

 

Orders being sent internally (Poland) are being processed immediately. Usually we ship orders in 2 working days after receiving the payment. When we can't complete the order due to some unforseen circumstances, our Team will contact the Customer to arrange if the order will be completed at a later datebit, or will it be cancelled. 

If the customer places an order by phone, and places the order with one of our staff, and accpets the courier as a delivery method, with payment on delivery, usually in Poland the delivery is being made in around 24 hours after placing an order.

If the customer places an order in the shop by internet or email, before noon (12pm), and makes a payment into one of our bank accounts from the same bank:  Nordea -> Nordea, PKOBP/Inteligo-> PKOBP, mBank ->mBank, the order is sent to the customer the same day, which means, that the courier packages are delivered the next day in Poland, with post office packages taking a bit longer.

IMPORTANT: If You are in a hurry, and want Your order to be processed as soon as possibl, please contact someone of our staff by phone. This will ensure, that we are aware of the situation, and will try  to send the package as soon as we can. Contact with us helps to gather all information needed to send the package with the right delivery address, and helps us to ascertain, that required products are in stock and available for purchase.

modernHome Online Shop reserves the right to delay the completion of the order, or cancelling the order altogether for important reasons not related to the company's own mistakes (lack of product at the supplier's warehouse, problems with delivery, power outages, etc.) 

When the package is being sent by Polish Post Office, the modenHome team has limited capabilities to check, where the parcel is at the moment, since the Post Office does not support parcel tracking. We can't rush the packages sent by the Post Office, and can't be responsible for the Post Office mistakes

 

With the international orders we can't guarantee the delivery time. It depends on a few things; If we have a product in stock in our shop, we will ship the order even the same day, but we always need to have the payment of the order in advance. We do not ship products abroad with payment on delivery. Delivery time is depending on geographical location , we always write the mail to our customers, explaining the delivery time according to our carrier's specifications. If we have to order the specific product from our supplier first, we inform our Customers about that, and we give them the choice of reconsidering the order, because of longer waiting time. We try to keep Our Customers informed about the planned shipping date, we are available all week long with emails, or phone numbers if the Customers have any more questions about our services.
